Working to deadlines is essential for your print and distribution to run to plan so don't leave things to the very last minute. The sooner you place an order with us, the sooner we can produce your print.
Aside from any deadlines you may set for completion of print, be aware that if you are using EAE (Edinburgh Arts & Entertainment) for publicity distribution then you will have earlier deadlines as shown below.
Your venue will also have deadlines for artwork approval and print delivery which you should be aware of and which are also outlined below.

Edinburgh Arts & Entertainment (EAE) have strict delivery deadlines for print in order to effectively distribute publicity material in advance of the start of the Fringe. We therefore have the following set of deadlines for receipt of artwork from shows using EAE:

EAE work to an advance booking system which operates on a first-come-first-served basis. We do not take bookings on behalf of EAE but as their only officially recommended print supplier we do coordinate closely with them. Delivery to EAE is included free as standard for all of our print products. Please contact EAE direct for further information on their publicity distribution products or to make a booking with them,

Most venues will want to approve your artwork prior to you printing and will also require the delivery of a fixed amount of your print to them by a certain deadline for use as front of house/point of sale publicity. We therefore strongly advise that you are fully aware of the following venue related deadlines:

• artwork approval deadlines set by your venue
• without venue approval of artwork your venue may force you to re-print at your own cost.
• deadlines for delivery of any print quota required by your venue
• Missing this deadline will make it difficult for your venue to publicise your show within their venue(s).

Delivery of any print required by your venue is also included free as standard for all of our print products.
We also store the balance of print left after the venue delivery free for subsequent free delivery to your Edinburgh accommodation.
